New Beginnings was founded by our mindfulness teacher to support members of the community with some of the day-to-day challenges life can bring. 
 
The rise in mental health issues/conditions and the high prevalence of ASD/ADHD has put a huge strain on children, families and all other everyday environments. Even without these complexities many people are struggling.
So we developed programmes to help.
Mindfulness is a tool that can support you in life.
 
It's a way to know yourself...more than you know others.
