OUR HISTORY

                  Thanks to Awards for all Funds in March 2017 New                        Beginnings Liverpool C.I.C was awarded funding to                        deliver three 'Mindfulness4kids' programmes in                              schools within the Liverpool area.

OUR AIM​

New Beginnings Liverpool was first founded in 2016, by our Mindfulness Teacher Juliet Awang.

 

Our aim is developing/delivering mindfulness based programmes/workshops/1-2-1's. Our organisation was founded to help support members of the community; children, yp's and adults, using mindfulness techniques, to discover healthy self-management coping strategies. With statistics as high as; approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing a mental health problem each year, and the high prevalence of ASD/ADHD we knew it was time to share the vast experience of our team.    

 

The aim at New Beginnings is the promotion of psychological, physical and  emotional balance using Mindfulness techniques. 

We are passionate in our belief that emotional and mental well-being is as important as our physical well-being.

 

Our vision is to engage with members of  the Liverpool community,  and the wider Merseyside are. We work within community groups, support groups, primary and secondary schools, AP's and other support networks within the local community

 

We teach mindfulness based techniques to support individuals to discover new coping strategies that help transform challenging, sometimes habitual behaviours. We do this through empowering the individual to discover self-management capabilities that support a positive, balanced well-being

 

We deliver a range of different programmes to suit the needs of children, young people and adults. 

 

We offer a variety of programmes; Programmes​.

 

We are always open to discovering new ways mindfulness can be brought into different environments.
